描述
- Make
seedlings.pipelinea subpackage. - Split different sections into different submodules (
seedlings_nouns.py, ...). - Have
seedlings.pipeline.pipeline.pycontain only the highest level functions, i.e. with maybe some arguments but definitely not needing to set paths as input or load dataframes, etc. Definitely, all the logic should be in submodules. - Import functions from this "high-level" function in
seedlings.__init__.py. - Explain the point of pipeline modules in CONTRIBUTING.md (pure vs. impure functions, except for io).
