Description:
To supplement the colour map selector object in bhom_tkinter, we should have a method to select custom colour maps aswell as the matplotlib ones.
- Builder object, to control colours / spacing / linear or segmented controls
- json serialisation for writing and reading cmap creations for reuse
- integration with the existing cmap selector object
