The payload names no files. Start by finding the test panel's run-all and debug actions, then reproduce by running all tests in debug mode to see where it fails. Done means debug mode works when running all tests. The stepping between test cases is a separate design idea that the issue itself says needs discussion, so leave it out of the fix.

描述
Debug mode does not work when running all of the tests in the test panel. This should be changed so that debug mode does work. This feature might need further discussion, but one idea to make this nice for the user is to allow stepping between different test cases while debugging. For example, if running the debugger on the string "aaaa", but you want to debug the next string "bbbb", pressing the down key could step down to debug the next string, while pressing up could step up to debug the previous string.
