PSWorkplane instance property 'IsLocked' setter has not affection to PowerShape

首先使用 AppInterface.PowerShape.ActiveModel.Workplanes 和名为 "4.1 CNC UP" 的 PSWorkplane 重现该问题。检查 PSWorkplane.IsLocked setter，并验证将其设置为 false 是否会更改 PowerShape 中对应的工作平面。赋值后工作平面明显处于解锁状态即表示完成。

When retrieving a PSWorkplane instance and setting its property 'IsLocked' to false, then the workplane in PowerShape remains locked.
