Describe the issue
We rely on this Authenticator extension in Chrome due to its reliability; however, we have encountered an issue where QR codes cannot be scanned. While the tool allows us to trace the QR code, it fails to save it, and no error messages are displayed. Additionally, we are unable to rename or pin saved accounts.
