描述
In a project linked to a workspace with no integrations, every run prints on stderr:
Workspace "<name>": 0 integration tools need datamate 0.7.3+ (found 0.7.1). Update with: npm i -g @altimateai/[email protected]
and the TUI's /integrations says "0 integration tools unavailable" while still offering Install now. The agent's context also says none of the workspace's integration tools are available. toolsNeed() / describeOffer() in packages/opencode/src/altimate/workspace/engine-offer.ts don't treat declared === 0 as nothing to offer.
Also cosmetic: at 160 columns the /integrations option descriptions are cut off ("Copy the install command to your clipbo", "Won't ask again for this workspace for 7 day").
Found during the v0.12.8 release e2e. Not a regression: engine-offer.ts last changed in v0.11.1.
