Run the workspace test files listed in the issue in a loop with full output captured until the intermittent failure reproduces. Identify the failing test, then investigate the shared state files and the related “lock is compromised” warning from the TUI run. Done means the shared-state dependency is fixed and the workspace test set passes repeatedly.

描述
Found during the v0.12.4 release review. Deferred because it was seen once and not reproduced.
One of four runs of the workspace test files (test/altimate/workspace/*.test.ts, test/server/altimate-*-routes.test.ts, test/cli/workspace-pilot.test.ts, test/altimate/plugin/workspace.test.ts) reported 1 fail and 1 error; the other three runs were clean. The failing test was not captured. A separate TUI test run in the same session logged Failed to write KV state… lock is compromised to stderr without failing, which may be related (tests contending for shared state files).
To do: run the set in a loop with full output captured until it fails, identify the test, and fix the shared state it depends on.
