描述
Found during v0.9.2 release review (End User + PM + CTO personas). Deferred because: needs a config-load hook design; the reactive ModelNotFoundError (with fuzzy suggestions) is acceptable for now.
When a config pins a model removed from a provider catalog (e.g. snowflake-cortex/claude-3-5-sonnet after the v0.9.2 refresh), the user only finds out at first message send. Surface a proactive warning at startup/config load pointing at the replacement and the altimate-code.json escape hatch.
