What happened
On a fresh profile, a conversation that has only run a /task (no chat message yet) has no tab. So the wall (alt+v) says No open conversations, while Sessions already lists that conversation. After one chat message, its tile appears. This was seen in the fresh-install check on 2026-09-25 (dev-20260925-1194d4b8fe88).

The fix
Either a conversation holding only a task is on the wall like any other open conversation, or the empty wall doesn't claim there are none. Pick one and say which.
Acceptance
