Seen on dev@debffabf6. Surfaced while verifying #1422; not introduced by it.
What happened
keys.md says ← and → cross Home's columns to a nearby row. home.md says they never leave the field: → opens the row's verbs and ← closes them. The code supports the latter behavior. The two pages give opposite instructions for a basic navigation gesture.
Replication
Deterministic (no model). Run codeaf manual "how do left and right arrows move on Home" and compare the returned sections. In codeaf chat with make demo-home, focus a field row and press →; it opens a fold, pane or row action, or moves the editor caret. It does not select a row in a different column.
Where
internal/manual/chat/keys.md:2220 and :2237 at dev@debffabf6 promise column crossing. internal/manual/chat/home.md:471 states the field behavior. internal/tui3/home.go:2862 and :2908, homeKey, handle the arrows without cross-column selection.
The fix
Correct keys.md to describe the actual row and editor actions, including the special pane/fold cases, and keep both manual pages in one vocabulary.
Acceptance
