描述
#892 fixed disabled datepicker days, months and years not being exposed as disabled to assistive technology (and axe reporting contrast failures). On master this is done in the vendored PrimeNG datepicker, which does not exist in v21 (it uses the primeng package).
Approach for v21: in CpsDatepickerComponent, patch the rendered p-datepicker DOM (cells with the p-disabled class):
