Description
When navigating between internal pages in OrgExplorer, the new page preserves the scroll position of the previous page.
This is particularly noticeable when navigating through links in the footer. If the user is at the bottom of a page and clicks a footer link, the destination page also opens at the bottom instead of starting from the top.
Actual Behavior
The newly navigated page retains the previous page's scroll position, causing the user to land somewhere in the middle or at the bottom of the new page.

Expected Behavior
When navigating to a different internal page, the page should start at the top so the user can begin reading the new page from the beginning.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open OrgExplorer.
- Navigate to any page with enough content to scroll.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click an internal navigation link in the footer, such as Support Us or API Status.
- Observe the scroll position on the new page.
