Feature and its Use Cases
As raised by @Zahnentferner, the default option in the organization filter dropdown
has inconsistent text across pages:
- Contributors page: "All Contributors"
- Repositories page: "All Organizations"
- Maintainers page: "All Organizations"
Since all three dropdowns filter by organization, the label should be uniform.
This changes the Contributors page default option text from "All Contributors" to
"All Organizations" so it matches the Repositories and Maintainers pages.
The change is display-text only — the option's value ("all") and the filtering
logic are unchanged.

Repositories and Maintainers pages already use "All Organizations".
