Problem Description
主节点在国外服务器，添加的从节点在国内，添加节点操作未成功，因超时而终止，日志如下：
起初怀疑是跨国链路不稳定，但是测试了主从节点间sftp、scp两种传输方式，速度均良好，可达4-5MB/s，秒级传输完成。
agent文件大小为37M左右，理应秒级即可传输完成，但竟触发20分钟超时终止。
