1Panel Version 专业版 v2.4.0
AI网关版本社区版 v1.4.0（之前版本也有此问题）

最近24小时，失败率28.6%以上。大量为客户端取消。经排查，上游接口主要为智谱的官方接口https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/coding/paas/v4/chat/completions 另外在客户端进行测试：CC switch 直连上游测试87ms左右，CC switch 测试到网关服务器是29ms，经过AI网关，接入deepseek harnees、zcode客户端，偶尔会出现这个超时的现象；

但是deepseek harnees、zcode客户端直连上游很少出现超时的现象

Steps to Reproduce
Image 上面为Zcode客户端报错。 在进行超时参数调整至ZCODE TURN TIMEOUT MS为 600000，依旧超时。ZCode Desktop App版本3.16.2 DeepSeek Harness 版本V0.2.0-rc.2 、 V0.2.1-rc.2
