Start by opening the attached CheckBook_2021.2.twbx.zip workbook and reproducing the duplicate fields with its non-SQL CSV datasource. Trace the datasource parsing or field-collection entry point, then verify that the reproduced workbook no longer exposes duplicate fields while SQL datasource behavior remains unchanged.
