The issue does not name the test runner, the test files or the CI job, so first find how the suite is started in package.json and the CI workflow, and time the current run (about 10 minutes). Work out which runner settings control parallel execution and whether shared state between tests blocks it. Done means the suite runs concurrently with the same pass/fail results and a measured shorter runtime, which a maintainer should confirm before you start.
