Start by reproducing the reported sequence with Ferrum::Browser.new, browser.go_to("https://google.com"), and binding.break. Trace the debugger's interaction with Ferrum's CDP connection after the break; the issue is done when the connection remains usable and the timeout error no longer occurs.
