排名是怎麼算的
得分 = 合併率 × 回覆速度。合併率是近 30 天內外部貢獻者（不是專案 owner、member 或 collaborator 的人，不含 bot）提交的 PR 被合併的比例，以 (合併數 + 1) ÷ (提交數 + 2) 做平滑，避免幾次偶然的合併壓過長期的紀錄；回覆速度是 1 ÷ (1 + PR 收到作者以外的人第一次回覆或被合併所需天數的中位數)，bot 的留言不算回覆。
入選條件：該時間窗內至少有 10 個外部貢獻者 PR、至少 1 個開放的新手 issue、至少 10 個 star、近 180 天內有 push、未封存，並且在近 30 天內量測過。
