Start in pyproject.toml, where the black configuration excludes the ropetest directory, and look for # fmt: off markers around dedent()-ed strings in the Python sources. Confirm which black version is pinned and whether the upstream fix is released before changing anything. Done when the exclusion is removed, any unneeded # fmt: off markers are gone, and black runs cleanly over the repository.

Description
Now that https://github.com/psf/black/pull/1879 is merged, once that PR is in a versioned release of black, we would be able to undo the hacks that were needed to work around black's previously broken handling of dedent()-ed strings.
- We used to filter out ropetest from being blackened, this would no longer be needed
- It may be possible to remove some
#fmt: offmarkers
