Feature request
I would like to use the PHP imagick extension in this dev setup, to continue developing my image converter app.
After this PR https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-docker-dev/pull/374 it is only possible by manually rebuilding the Docker image before starting the Nextcloud/Apache container.
The docs are unclear as well: https://nextcloud.github.io/nextcloud-docker-dev/customizing/config/#php-version
Instead of just PHP 8.3, the extension was removed from all PHP versions without any information if and when it will return.

Without Imagick I have to manually rebuild the image and make sure that it doesn't get overwritten by the official one.

Imagick should be enabled by default as it was before.
