The change is a new yes/no question in this Copier template, so start with the template's question configuration and find where the existing project questions are defined. The README acknowledgement, email address, contribution policy, CoC and robot policy text should be made conditional on that answer, with the LINCC defaults filled in when it is yes. Done when the question appears on generation and the LINCC-specific text is included or suppressed accordingly. The issue does not say what the exact question wording or email address should be, so confirm those with maintainers first.

There are some bits that get repeated for all LINCC frameworks projects, and it would be nice to have the defaults set for us, and also to suppress LINCC-specific text that we might want to add.
