I'm using the wrapper lib in rust git2-rs and my windows CICD is EXTREMELY slow to compile, 10 minutes vs 1m46s for mac and 2m4s for Linux.

Is this an issue with libgit2 on windows in general? Or is it specific to compiling via rustc on windows?
