Unable to get Django up and running

先查看 Landofile、requirements.txt 和 /app/airlineclub/manage.py，接著重現所示的 appserver 啟動流程，並檢查 build 步驟是否在命令之前執行。當設定的服務能夠 import Django 並啟動 manage.py runserver，且不再出現回報的 ModuleNotFoundError 時，即表示完成。

It appears that the build command isn't running before the command. What am I missing?
