Resyntax ought to suggest rewriting this code:
(define (quote x) (* x 2))

Into this:
(define (quote x) (* x 2))
(quote a)
That is, when somebody redefines quote to mean something other than regular quoting, Resyntax should suggest the quote be written out explicitly. Relying on this sort of implicit redefinition due to the unhygienic nature of quoting is very confusing, and it can happen accidentally if somebody doesn't realize quoting works this way.
