從 .pre-commit-config.yaml 開始，重現 issue 中顯示的兩個 pre-commit mypy 命令。比較使用和不使用 --non-interactive 時的行為，然後檢查 ipykernel/pylab/config.py、ipykernel/pylab/backend_inline.py 和 ipykernel/ipkernel.py 中回報的錯誤。當確定造成不同診斷的原因，並記錄或修正預期的設定行為後，即視為完成。

I also get way more errors running mypy manually, but I think this is because of missing dependencies.
