With a low internet connection speed, the “Create a battle” button is blocked for a long time.

Reproduction steps
1. Open “DevTools”
2. Go to the “Network” tab
3. Set the connection speed to “3G”
4. Reload the page
Expected result
The website loading process should be carried out in stages: first, the overall structure of the website should load, then the buttons responsible for the website’s overall functionality (creating a game) should load; secondary elements (chat, rating, information about users on the website) should load last. If the server response is slow, the user should be displayed a message explicitly indicating the need to wait for the website to load.
Actual result
“Create a battle” button is blocked for a long time.
