desktop_insert into a TextEdit window that had just been minimized was refused before dispatch, which is correct, with:
The exact target window could not be verified: AXWindows failed with AX error -25204.
The agent only found out it was minimized by listing windows (is_minimized: true).
Expected: when the target window is minimized, say so and suggest desktop_restore, as the target_unavailable refusal does for a closed window.
