Locate the unused FileTree and FileView components in the repo and trace how existing tabs are registered in the main UI, then find where filesystem calls (open/save/create/delete) are or would be handled — likely a server or API layer. Use the linked issues #5 and #6 plus the old Ace TODO.md for expected behavior. Done means a File tab exposes a working tree that opens files into the editor and supports save, create, and delete end to end.

描述
Add a File tab for browsing a channel's files read-only: a file tree, and opening a file to view it. FileTree and FileView are unused.
Out of scope: editing, saving, creating and deleting files. They add complexity for little value, since agents and the shell already change files.
Dogfooding core/QOL: #5. Also tracked in #6 for old-Ace feature parity. Migrated from TODO.md — Port from old Ace.
