Value Prop
You can now visualize and prioritize your work on a board without leaving issues behind. The issues board view lets teams organize, triage, and update work using a flexible, query-driven layout while keeping the issue as the single source of truth. There's no need to duplicate effort across separate planning tools — your board and your issues stay in sync automatically.
Expected Outcome
Teams that plan visually can now do so entirely within GitHub, eliminating the fragmentation that comes from managing work across issues and disconnected project boards. By bringing board-style planning directly into the issues experience, teams spend less time reconciling competing records and more time shipping. This public preview gives teams an early look at a more unified planning workflow and invites feedback to shape the final experience.
