Describe the bug

Every time I open the application it starts a new chat. When I reopen the application, these chats have lost their names and are something like "3f944efb-5ed" instead of "Session 4". This makes it hard to tell what they are unless I reload them.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Open the CLI, do nothing with the chat it starts with
Switch to another chat, do something there
exit CLI
Reopen CLI without resuming
Old chats are now mislabeled

Chats retain session labels
