先重現：執行應用程式，向 Copilot 提出一個會回傳內嵌程式碼 span 的問題，選取其文字並複製，看看反引號是否一起帶過去。接著找出聊天回應在哪裡被渲染成 markdown（搜尋內嵌程式碼 / 程式碼區塊的渲染元件），並檢查是否已有可掛接的 copy 或 selectionchange 處理器。完成的標準是：完全位於內嵌程式碼元素內部的選取範圍複製後只會得到其內部文字，而超出該元素的選取範圍則會保留周圍的反引號；由於沒有具名的測試，請在聊天 UI 中手動驗證。

描述
When code-blocks are included in responses, selecting the contents and copying to clipboard includes the `` characters at the start and the end, which means when pasting you often have to go and manually delete them. Really annoying.
Expected behaviour is if the selection isn't going out of bounds of the code block, to just copy the contents itself.
