Confirmed the root cause: I reproduced the exact failing command (-c credential.interactive=never fetch on the real repo) in your real terminal, and it now succeeds silently. That means at the time of the original error there was no cached Azure DevOps credential for azdevops.local.network yet — Git Credential Manager needed an interactive prompt, but Copilot's background git process can't prompt, so it failed hard.
