Title: Support Anthropic Messages API protocol for Custom Endpoints
Description:
Currently, the "Custom endpoint" provider is limited to OpenAI-compatible HTTP endpoints (vLLM, OpenRouter, etc.).
I would like to be able to configure a custom endpoint that uses the Anthropic Messages API protocol, not just OpenAI Chat Completions.
Use cases:

Self-hosted Claude models behind a corporate proxy

Third-party services exposing the Anthropic Messages API format

Internal endpoints that use Claude's native protocol
Current limitation:
The "Custom endpoint" option only accepts OpenAI-compatible endpoints. The dedicated "Anthropic" provider only works with the official hosted API, not custom URLs.
Requested change:
Add a protocol selector (OpenAI-compatible / Anthropic Messages API) to the "Custom endpoint" configuration, or create a separate "Custom Anthropic endpoint" option.
