描述
Most integrations contain code that branches on send_default_pii vs. data_collection.
- Remove the
send_default_piibranches. Remove any conditions based onhas_data_collection_enabledbeingTrueand make the code they guard run unconditionally. - Remove any
send_default_piifrom the tests. Migrate any tests that currently usesend_default_piiand don't have adata_collectioncounterpart.
