描述
Causes: started without our --import entry, Node too old for Module.registerHooks, a Remix release past our pinned version ranges, or a construction call in a shape we cannot patch.
Check at startup that the expected modules appear in globalThis.__SENTRY_ORCHESTRION__.runtime and warn with the specific reason when they do not. On by default, not behind debug, since a user seeing no data will not have debug on.
Done when starting without the --import entry warns clearly, and a version range miss is reported as one.
