The minimum version is set near line 34 of src/serious_python_darwin/darwin/xcframework_utils.sh, which the issue links to. Read python-build issue #44 first to see why the bump is needed and whether it is blocked upstream. Change the iOS and macOS minimums to 15.0 and 12.0, then confirm no other file in the repository still states the old versions. Done means the new values are in place and an iOS and macOS build still succeeds.
