The payload names no source files. Search the repository for the existing jar:PERL5LIB marker string and the code that resolves it, and check how Test2/Tools/Basic.pm gets loaded through it. Replace the marker with jar-resource:/PERL5LIB at each use, keeping the constant form the issue asks for. Done when the marker is renamed everywhere and the existing Perl module-loading tests still pass.

Note: the correct form would be jar:file:///path/to/current.jar!/PERL5LIB/Test2/Tools/Basic.pm but this is harder to use internally because it is not a constant
