The bot failed to process a request. This issue tracks failures until the underlying cause is resolved.

Tend 0.3.3 is released and the workflow that failed pins 0.3.2. A failure that lands before the bot's first turn is usually cleared by moving that pin: run uvx tend@latest init in a checkout and commit the regenerated .github/workflows/tend-*.yaml. tend-nightly does this itself where it runs, but only once a run gets far enough to start the agent.
This issue was created automatically. Close it after every row above is diagnosed and the live repository has been checked for work the failed runs may have missed. The tend-review-runs sweep does that where it runs.
