Problem
The plugin has no commands. The create-plugin directory contains only agents/, assets/, rules/, skills/, and .cursor-plugin/plugin.json declares only skills, rules and agents. No /create-plugin command exists; the scaffolding skill is named create-plugin-scaffold. Following the "Typical flow" therefore fails at step 1.
Suggested fix
Replace the Commands section and step 1 with the actual entry point (create-plugin-scaffold skill), or add the missing commands/create-plugin.md and declare "commands": "./commands/" in the manifest.
