Reproduce this in release 6.1 with a squad using a COA or Imperatus gatling gun: the controlling unit fires while the other units spin up without firing. Start by locating the squad firing behavior and the gatling gun implementation, then trace how squad members handle firing. Done means all squad members fire properly; the issue names no source files or tests.
