Cannot be installed in AIX 7.1

先查看 package.json 和 lib/vscode/package.json，接著檢查連結的 node-argon2 和 policy-watcher issues 及 pull requests。在使用 Node 20.18.0 的 AIX 7.1 上重現全域 npm 安裝；當 code-server 能夠成功安裝且沒有 argon2 或 policy-watcher 失敗時，即視為完成。

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to AIX 7.1
2. Compile node 20.18.0 source code and install it
3. Install code-server with npm install --global --verbose code-server

Expected

Can be installed successfully

Notes

There are two known issues and related PRs are being working on:

ranisalt/node-argon2 and PR

microsoft/vscode-policy-watcher and PR

Upgrade of dependencies argon2(in package.json) and @vscode/policy-watcher(in lib/vscode/package.json) might solve this issue.
