Steps to Reproduce
- CMD /usr/local/bin/code-server --cert --bind-addr 0.0.0.0:8080 /app
- Connect to https://localhost:8080 with Fierefox
- There's no option to "Accept the risk and continue"
Expected
Code Server should open in Forefox
Actual
