The report says v4 CodeMeta terms are missing from the terms table and that a Makefile change is needed, but it names no files. Start by finding the Makefile and the page that renders the terms table, then compare the v4 terms against the table's rows. The reporter says a PR is incoming, so ask them before starting to avoid duplicate work. Done means the v4 terms appear in the table and the build still runs.
