The binary-buildpack cannot instrument arbitrary binaries with Dynatrace OneAgent the way other buildpacks do.
However, even when deploying a binary having Dynatrace support can be vital for observability purposes.
I believe all other buildpacks in the cloudfoundry org have Dynatrace support built-in.
