Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve
In a script, I need to get the data type for fields so that the correct flag can be used with gh project item-edit (--date, --number, etc). The type field in the json output for gh project field-list is not enough for this as it only maps to ProjectV2Field or ProjectV2SingleSelectField. The GraphQL API has an enum field (dataType) on ProjectV2FieldCommon for this purpose, which gives the underlying data type.
Proposed solution
Add dataType field to the JSON output for gh project field-list.
Additional context
The standard output for gh project field-list has an existing column that's labeled DATA TYPE, even though it would be more accurately described as FIELD TYPE.
