從 boost/python/exception_translator.hpp 和 boost/python/iterator.hpp 開始，找出其中的 Boost.Bind include 以及全域佔位符 _1 和 _2 的使用位置。當這些標頭檔使用 boost/bind/bind.hpp 和帶有 namespace 限定的佔位符，且這兩個檔案中不再存在對已棄用全域佔位符的使用時，工作即完成。

Some of the Boost.Python headers still use the deprecated Bind placeholders in the global namespace:

Please use <boost/bind/bind.hpp> + using namespace boost::placeholders, or define BOOST_BIND_GLOBAL_PLACEHOLDERS to retain the current behavior.

with fixes:
- Replace <boost/bind.hpp> and <boost/bind/placeholders.hpp> with <boost/bind/bind.hpp>
