Feature Request / Improvement

The fixtures added in https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/pull/3969 are useful for all clients implementing the encryption spec. We should move those to the new iceberg-verification repo

https://github.com/apache/iceberg-verification is new but I've opened an issue there also https://github.com/apache/iceberg-verification/issues/11 to tack this.
