@ngx-env/builder:application is not a recognized builder

從 angular.json 設定開始，使用 issue 中列出的版本透過 ng deploy 重現回報的失敗。比較在 AngularFire/Firebase Hosting 部署期間如何解析 @ngx-env/builder:application；當回報的專案能夠部署且不再出現 unrecognized-builder 錯誤時，即表示完成。
