The report names one example: the held_items field of the Clefable entry in the /api/v2/pokemon/clefable endpoint, which should list moonstone for Sword/Shield (Galar) versions. Start by checking that field, then find where this repo's Python scripts build held-item data for Galar encounters and compare them with the wild encounter data. Done when Clefable's held items include the Galar entries and the other Galar held-item Pokemon are covered too.

Many Pokemon have held items in the wild, and all of the galar ones are missing. Clefable can hold a moonstone, for example.
